Your Questions About Beer Recipes Food

Donald asks…What should I make with leftover peppercorn beer?Last week, I thought I'd be adventurous, and I bought a six pack of microbrew peppercorn beer. Well, it's just too peppery to drink. I contemplated making beer break, but I'm afraid pepper-flavored bread might not be that great. Any recipe ideas for cooking with this dark, spicy beer? Some tried and tested stew recipes, perhaps? What about turkey stuffing. I'm open to any (food related) suggestion!
