Betty asks…Looking to improve fuel efficiency on a 26mpg car (that's hwy which is most of what I drive).?I was recently in a motor vehicle accident and my car was totaled. So I'm looking to purchase a used car, because I can't afford anything new. I'm really looking to spend less than 12k. I'm a student so my budget for monthly payments is limited.
I've been searching everywhere for a good car that gets at least 30mpg EPA. But those cars are all more expensive, even if they're used.
