Your Questions About Gas Bill Assistance
Laura asks…Can the gas company turn off my mother in laws gas?She lives in North West PA, is 58 yrs old and on disability because of really bad diabetes that is making her liver shut down. She receives 2 checks the first of the month that total about $550. She got behind on her gas bill and the gas co put her on the budget for $300 a month! More than half her income, so she obviously couldn't afford that and got behind again. They sent her a shut off notice and are going to turn her gas off
