I'm going on a 3-week trip to Germany this summer. My boyfriend is having some hyper-anxiety over this, especially about us not being able to talk (as am I). So I've been trying to look into if I can text internationally but I'm totally confused by everything I'm coming up with from my google searches.
My cell phone carrier is verizon. My boyfriend's is not. Will I be able to text him from Germany somehow? If so how, and is
