Your questions about virginia court case information
Laura asks…What happens if the police doesn't show in court?I was arrested for Drunk in public and possion of alcohol (it was only in my stomach) in a small college town... when I later spoke to the police officer at our school (who is someone nice to talk to about stuff like this) he called over to the college police and tould me that the officer would not be in court. I am very confused by this, shouldn't the case be dropped if the convicting police can't be their as evidence? I have no
