Paul asks…I lost 5 pounds in one week, would it be risky to try to lose 10 pounds this week?I lost 5 pounds by simply walking for an hour everyday and eating healthy. I did no other exercises besides walk, and the pounds just came off. This week, if I continue eating healthy and still walk but add an hour of Tae Bo (full cardio workouts), is it possible for me to lose 10 pounds? I'm 5'4" and 140 pounds (145 last week).
I didn't lose 5 pounds for no reason...I started walking and eating
