Sandy asks…Does anyone have a GOOD experience with Best Buy Geek Squad?It seems from repeated experience that the only thing Geek Squad can do for any problem (except maybe a cracked screen) is to reformat the hard drive & reinstall the operating system.
I took my laptop in for the "Free" Windows 7 upgrade - $40 install charge, no problem. They had it over a week, and NOW... Despite selling me Kaspersky Internet Security (as the "best" anti-virus on the market) they tell me there are 44
