Mark asks…Bought a cell phone, previous owner won't cancel...what to do?I was out of state and thru online classifieds found a phone for sale in my home town. I had my girl friend buy it for me. After she took it home and charged it, she found that the phone was still active. I called the owner (the person I bought it from) and told her the situation and she told me that she called Verizon to cancel but they were gonna charge her to cancel the contract and since it was a 2nd phone on her
