Nancy asks…Adoption US tax credit question?My husband adopted my biological son this year and I do not understand the new adoption tax credit laws just passed. Do we qualify for a tax credit for the upcoming year? I have tried to research and there are not many clear answers some states do not consider a step parent adoption and some of the laws are federal. Any advice would be great. Thank you.
