Joseph asks…While trying to lose fat and gain muscle, what should my diet be?I'm about 5'6 and I'm 149 pounds, Im 16 yrs old. I'm not fat, just a little chubby and im trying to get into shape I want to lose the extra fat I have and gain some muscle also. I just dont know what kind of diet I should be on since im not just trying to lose fat but Im also trying to gain muscle. What should I eat for breakfast lunch and dinner? Anything in between and if so what? I cant just eat salad for a meal,
