Ruth asks…Should Parents be able to slap, hit or tell there 15 yr old kids what to do?I want a prepaid cell phone but my dad wont let me get one im 15 and have a job and get paid good money im planning on joining bowling,on top of that i work and will be going to highschool should i get a phone even when my dad says no i mean i work hard for my money.I should be able to get a phone he is letting my 19 yr old get one.
