Betty asks…What could cause acne on a 2 year old's face?It is around his mouth, and he has had no new foods or anything. It does not bother him at all. It has been there about a week, and seems to have gotten a little worse the last couple of days.
Anyone had this and knows what could cause it? He's never had this before, not even as a newborn.
Well he did have a rash about a week and a half ago on his body that his doctor said was due to a virus. It looked nothing like this though,
