Mary asks…My 55 year old friend has had some spots and pimples her nose for 5 months now - never before. Any ideas?Allergies, but to what? She has never encountered this before. They do not respond to acne creams, topical medicines, and trying to cut certain food from diet. (only come up on upper nose) Allergies or hormonal?
