Your Questions About Direct Student Loans
Sharon asks…How can I get out of a student loan default?This past weekend I received a call in regards to my student (direct if that matters) loan. And it was rather RUDE might I add. Anyway, long story short apparently I've defaulted on my loan the loan company mentioned something about a "judgment being passed" and that they WILL take my income tax.. the thing is that Im only 4 payments behind.
