George asks…Need advice for forgery and fraud case?In September of 2008, my father applied over the phone to be a cosigner on a 10,000 student loan from Chase. He paid 1386 to release the hold on my college account directly to the college on his credit card before I received the loan, and asked me to sign the promissory note for him so I would receive the monies from chase as quickly as possible. I trusted him and I did so, otherwise it would have taken an additional two weeks for processing
